[1/29] SKB request that noise of STB should meet SKB standard at Normal operating and Standby
         mode. What is your standard of acoustic test?
[1/29] It will be discussed with HW engineer seperately. But it should be update here
[2/13] Eagle doesn't have HDD and Fan, but SKB ask to test it. So it should be tested based on
        Foxconn condition.

FXN's test criteria

The noise value should be less than 23 dB(A).

Normally, FXN only measure acoustic test if the product included FAN and Hard disk.
[ALT] SKB request to Acoustic test. Even though Eagle model has not Fan and inner HDD, Do test with FXN standard
[FXN] Update FXN standard . Please check it.
